Once you sign your license agreement, a CustomerFirst® Account Manager will be assigned to you and he or she will be your primary NOW Solutions point of contact. Your Account Manager is responsible for ensuring you receive both personal attention and access to the appropriate resources during installation, education, implementation, and support.

Your Account Manager serves a vital role in the project by guiding the overall direction of the implementation. This individual is charged with performing the following functions:

- Coordinating development and communication of the strategic business objectives
- Assessing business solution implementation priorities and the levels of NOW Solutions Professional Services involvement required
- Assisting with the developing of a high-level implementation project plan based on your timetable, hardware environment and personnel resources
- Obtaining your approval on all proposed business solution deliverables
- Assembling the proper team of NOW Solutions Professional Services practitioners for your implementation project
- Monitoring the progress of the project against the implementation plan and providing periodic status reports
- Ensuring administrative aspects of our partnership are handled efficiently
